Meta is seeking a Part-Time Meta Merchandising and Support Representative in Boise, ID. The role combines field merchandising with remote L2 support and quality control tasks, dedicating roughly 70% to in-store work and 30% to remote duties from a home office.

Schedule includes 20–24 hours weekly, with in-store presence on Mon/Wed/Thu between 8:00–5:00. Equipment provided; benefits include pay weekly and potential incentives after 45 days.

Qualifications

• Electronics Merchandising Specialist experience or equivalent.
• Demonstrated customer service aptitude with follow-up and achieving complete resolution.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex displays, determine root-cause problems, and provide solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven time management and organization skills.
• Willingness and ability to work in field and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising and display maintenance for Meta products.
• Ensure displays are functional, powered, priced and compliant.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain displays.
• Validate inventory and maintain presentation standards.
• Conduct store visits including audits and signage updates.
• Build relationships with retail teams.
• Complete reporting and photo submissions.
• Provide remote troubleshooting support and respond to inquiries via phone and email.
• Own issue resolution and documentation; perform quality control audits; monitor parts and trends.
