Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking an Associate Merchandiser to support the execution of departmental strategies and business objectives in a hybrid work model based in New York, NY. You will translate information into actionable plans and manage critical merchandising tasks to drive financial results.

The role requires 3+ years in retail merchandising, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in Merchandising in Retail.
• Strong knowledge of retail financial measurements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate, analyze, and distribute weekly, monthly, and seasonal reports.
• Analyze business trends, recommend actions, and apply insights to strategies.
• Manage daily merchandising tasks including assortment sheets, receipt updates, and sample accuracy.
• Prepare materials for Product Lifecycle meetings, including Hindsight and Investment Review.
• Research fashion trends, pricing, promotions, and competitive activity; make recommendations.
• Collaborate with lead Merchandiser on building assortment and advise style ranking and chase/cancel strategies.
