Job summary

West Elm is seeking a Merchandise Coordinator to support the Associate/Assistant Buyer and Buyer across specified merchandise categories for all channels. The role emphasizes collaboration, analytics, and operational excellence in developing seasonal merchandising strategies.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; pivot tables and advanced formulas (VLOOKUP) are a plus.
• Experience in Merchandising preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own sample management and coordinate with photo and warehouse teams.
• Set up and maintain all SKUs in Buyer systems.
• Enter and maintain price/cost changes for relevant categories.
• Prepare reporting and assist Buyers with opportunities.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity.
