Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Coordinator to support the Associate/Assistant Buyer and Buyer across categories. You will manage sample flow, SKU setup, price changes, and reporting, collaborating with photo, warehouse, and analytics teams to drive data-informed assortments.

Role requires onsite Mon-Thu with remote on Fridays; occasional travel may be required. The position emphasizes operational excellence, data accuracy, and cross-functional teamwork within our merchandising

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Previous experience in Merchandising preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint); ability to create pivot tables and experience with advanced formulas such as VLOOKUP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own sample management – communicating and partnering with photo and warehouse teams to track sample positions.
• Work in Merchandise Buyer systems to set up and maintain all SKUs.
• Enter and maintain all price/cost changes for relevant categories.
• Prepare reporting as directed and assist Assistant Buyers with business opportunities.
• Maintaining data accuracy and integrity
