Job summary

Innovative Therapeutic Services (ITS) is seeking a compassionate Mental Health/Psychiatric Rehabilitation Coordinator to help clients achieve recovery goals. This flexible, part-time contractual role offers hybrid work and requires travel 50–100%.

You will conduct weekly one-hour sessions, document notes within 72 hours, and coordinate with therapists, psychiatrists, and community resources to support treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services Field (e.g. Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work).
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children/adolescents with mental health diagnoses.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet, EHR/EMR; excellent oral and written communication; strong time management; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one weekly sessions (1 hour) focusing on client goals from the Individualized Rehabilitation Plan.
• Document daily/weekly progress notes within 72 hours of each visit.
• Submit monthly summaries; manage visits for children and adults (4 child visits, 6 adult visits monthly).
• Collaborate with therapists, psychiatrists, and community resources to support mental health diagnosis.
