Job summary

Chrysalis Health is seeking a Mental Health Associate Program Director in Florida to lead a clinical team, ensure quality care, and supervise therapists. The role supports Florida Licensed clinicians or Florida Registered Interns with licensure supervision, and involves on-call duties and potential caseload management.

Most sessions are in-person with telehealth options, and the role offers a hybrid schedule with benefits, PTO and growth opportunities within a 25-year behavioral health provider.

Qualifications

• Must reside within the State of Florida.
• Must possess a valid Florida Registered Intern number or have an active and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) License in the State of Florida.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with children or adolescents in behavioral health.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work with diverse groups to reach common goals.
• General computer skills.
• May carry a caseload as needed.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities; flexible to meet client scheduling needs.
• Commitment to self-care and teamwork.
• Compassionate and engaging; driven to help others.
• Ability to document therapy in EMR and mentor team on EMR use.
• Relevant curricula include: Human Growth & Development, DSM-based topics, Counseling Theories, Group Practice, and Substance Use Disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and management to the clinical team delivering mental health and substance abuse counseling.
• Lead program staff, ensure clinical quality and chart/policy compliance.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to ensure effective services and discharge planning.
• Maintain caseload as needed and participate in site orientation and training.
• Monitor KPIs and provide clinical supervision and administrative oversight.
