Job summary

Chrysalis Health is seeking a Mental Health Associate Program Director in Florida to lead a clinical team serving diverse clients, including children and families. Most sessions are in-person with telehealth options, and leadership responsibilities include supervision, quality assurance, and discharge planning.

The role requires Florida licensure eligibility (Registered Intern or LCSW/LMHC/LMFT) and prior supervisory experience. On-call duties and strong EMR documentation are expected.

Qualifications

• Must reside within the State of Florida.
• Must possess a valid Florida Registered Intern number or an active and valid LCSW/LMHC/LMFT license in Florida.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with children/adolescents with behavioral health needs.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse groups to achieve goals.
• General computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and management to clinical staff.
• Lead and collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Oversee clinical quality, utilization, chart compliance and policy adherence.
• Assist in discharge planning and case load management.
• Available on call approximately one week every six weeks.
• Contribute to orientation and training for new staff.
