Job summary

CCA Global Partners in Manchester, NH is looking for an Assistant Regional Business Consultant to back the RBC team and strengthen member relationships. You will coordinate projects, respond to member inquiries, and support field training, marketing, and operations initiatives.

The role requires 2–3 years in retail or customer-facing environments, strong Microsoft 365 skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities with clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or communications or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years’ retail sales, customer service, member support, or related business environment with administrative/coordinator/project support experience.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, respond quickly, and absorb new information and systems efficiently.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Copilot, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM Systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with corporate staff, Members, and Vendor Partners.

Responsibilities

• Service the RBC team when they are visiting Members and provide backup in retail, marketing, financial and operation consultation.
• Respond to member inquiries and educate on available programs; support marketing, technology and business improvement initiatives.
• Advocate for members by escalating issues and delivering timely resolutions.
• Provide project coordination and administration for member-facing projects, pilot programs, surveys, meetings, and training materials.
• Collaborate with RBCs, Marketing, Operations, Merchandising, Finance and other teams to support member success and logistics for field training and events.
• Provide training and adoption support for Microsoft 365 tools and other member-facing tech; identify process improvements through automation and standardization.
• Attend annual winter convention.
