Job summary

firstPRO 360 is seeking Medical Billers in Norcross, GA. The ideal candidate would have medical insurance billing and collections experience in GA or SC. This position will be a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Candidates should have 1-3 years’ Medicare billing experience, with LTC exposure considered a plus; strong communication and computer skills are essential for managing accounts receivable and interacting with healthcare staff.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience with MEDICARE billing and collections.
• Previous experience with LTC-Long Term Care is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and transmit Insurance claims.
• Research, correct and re-bill outstanding Insuranceclaims.
• Responsible for insurance collections and days outstanding.
• Work with the healthcare center administrator and office personnel to manage the facility’s insuranceaccounts receivable.
• Respond to change productively and handle additional projects as assigned.
