Job summary

Itlearn360 in Monroeville, PA is seeking a Hybrid Billing Specialist to qualify, prepare and submit claims to Medicare Part B, Major Medical and Medicaid. The role requires coordinating with LTC facility staff, prescribers, payers and patients to ensure accurate billing.

You will work across several systems to retrieve documents and follow claims through to resolution. Prior authorization, compliance and timely processing are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience performing healthcare reimbursement or medical billing.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with healthcare reimbursement systems.
• Ability to prioritize daily tasks and manage competing demands.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Customer service skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Qualify, prepare and submit claims to Medicare Part B, Major Medical and Medicaid.
• Collaborate with LTC facility staff, prescriber offices, third party payers, patients and claim processors to resolve claims.
• Use multiple systems and web programs to retrieve documents and drive claims to timely, accurate resolution.
