Advanced MedAesthetic Partners is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant for The Ageless Center, a partner network of elite aesthetic practices across the United States. You will prep treatment rooms, assist providers, document accurately, and ensure a welcoming patient experience throughout care.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, Medical Assistant license, and experience in aesthetics or healthcare.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Assistant License.
• Previous experience in aesthetics, plastic surgery, cosmetic dermatology, wellness, or healthcare preferred.
• Experience discussing treatment plans, memberships, financing options, and retail products is strongly preferred.
• Strong business acumen with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies for procedures.
• Room patients and collect intake information, vitals, and documentation.
• Assist providers during aesthetic procedures and administer injections as trained.
• Educate patients on treatment expectations, lifestyle changes, and post-care.
• Maintain accurate patient charts and HIPAA compliance.
• Support clinics' inventory, cleanliness, and workflow.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and compassionate care.
