Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and nursing personnel with injections, EKGs, phlebotomy, and other patient care procedures.
• Record and process patient information, medical history, and vital signs in the EHR.
• Coordinate patient care as directed by physicians and in line with policies.
• Greet patients and assist with check-in and check-out; schedule appointments and follow-ups.
• Answer calls, respond to voicemails, route messages and follow up as appropriate.
• Maintain clean, organized reception and patient-care areas.
