Job summary

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota is seeking a Medicaid Program Health Manager to lead analytics-enabled program design, development, and evaluation within the Medicaid Performance Hub. You will transform state/county data into actionable insights to support proactive decision-making and ensure contractual commitments are met.

Qualifications

3+ years of related project/program management professional experience.
Bachelor's degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience may be accepted.

Responsibilities

Develop and document design, requirements and implementation of multiple strategic programs.
Maintain strategic relationships with internal and external resources for design alignment.
Support business decisions to ensure capabilities meet market expectations.
Oversee ongoing program management across multiple initiatives with timelines.
