Qualifications

• 5+ years of related data analytics professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience beyond the qualifications listed above may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead data engineering and analytics design of enterprise data solutions that support business intelligence and performance measurement.
• Manage data lifecycle, testing, automation, and quality assurance processes to ensure accurate, scalable, and reliable analytics capabilities.
• Provide team leadership, coaching, and strategic guidance while promoting enterprise data standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
