Job summary

Vantage Data Centers in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Reliability Engineer for Mechanical Systems to ensure the operational health of critical cooling systems. You will review equipment submittals, support factory witness testing, read drawings, and assist in maintenance planning for reliability across GT1 sites.

You will collaborate with Design Engineering, Automation Systems, and Facility Operations to improve system performance and train technicians for effective troubleshooting in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in critical facility operations and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• System Validation and Testing: ensure newly built systems meet design intent and pass facility acceptance testing.
• Maintenance and Reliability: design maintenance programs to enhance operability and reduce life-cycle costs.
• Design Collaboration: provide reliability feedback to Design Engineering and work with Construction teams.
• Risk Management: develop risk plans and perform root-cause analysis for critical systems.
• Support and Training: advise Facility Operators and ensure teams are proficient in operation and maintenance.
