Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Reliability Engineer for Mechanical Systems to oversee the health and performance of critical cooling infrastructure at our data centers. The role involves collaboration with Design Engineering, Automation, and Facility Operations to ensure reliable, efficient operations.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and 2–3 years of experience in critical facilities.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in critical facility operations and maintenance.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure system validation and testing during facility acceptance and startup testing.
• Design maintenance programs to enhance operability and minimize life cycle costs.
• Provide technical support to Facility Operations teams during failures and maintenance events.
• Review construction equipment submittals and assess maintenance feasibility.
• Perform reliability, availability, and maintainability analyses to improve system performance.
• Support and train Site Operations staff to operate and maintain complex cooling systems.
