Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Applied Science from an ABET-accredited college or university.
• 5+ years of Mechanical Engineering experience in building systems.
• Revit proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical systems including heating, ventilation, cooling, exhaust, and specialty systems for commercial and public buildings.
• Design plumbing systems including gas, potable water, sanitary, sewer, fire suppression, and specialty systems.
• Apply standard engineering techniques to projects of varying size and complexity.
• Rely on experience to develop, implement, and analyze designs and systems.
• Produce high-quality drawings and specifications; prepare data sheets.
