Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer to lead manufacturing development for NPI programs and partner with design, supply chain, and suppliers to deliver robust, cost-effective components.

The role requires 4–6 years in mechanical manufacturing engineering, strong DFM/DFA expertise, and proficiency with SolidWorks and MS Office; hybrid work with 2 days in an HPE office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 4–6 years in Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering or New Product Introduction.
• Experience with sheet metal, CNC machining, die casting, plastic injection molding, extrusion, and assembly.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical manufacturing engineering activities for NPI programs from concept through production ramp.
• Collaborate with design engineers to optimize manufacturability, reliability, and cost.
• Develop and optimize processes for sheet metal, machining, die casting, molding, and extrusion.
