Job summary

California Department of Health Care Access and Information is seeking an Information Technology Specialist II – Master Data Management Architect to lead the department’s enterprise MDM platform, including the Master Patient Index and Provider Organization Index.

You will own maintenance, governance, and domain design, while mentoring staff and partnering with programs to deliver trusted master data in support of the department’s mission.

Qualifications

• Experience with Master Data Management platforms and governance
• Ability to design mastered domains, data models, and source mappings
• Experience leading architecture and mentoring team members

Responsibilities

• Own maintenance and administration of the enterprise MDM platform and its domains.
• Configure matching rules, survivorship logic, and enterprise identifiers for data quality.
• Manage installation, patching, security, monitoring, and recovery of MDM environments.
