Job summary

You will partner with Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics and Finance to drive cost reductions, improve service levels, and deploy best-in-class planning practices, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Industrial Automation sector.

Qualifications

• 5 years in materials management within industrial/manufacturing environments.
• 5 years in materials planning systems and ERP to analyze inventory and procurement.
• 5 years of experience with supply chain workflows and regulatory compliance related to materials handling.
• 3 years of leading cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement in materials management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and SME in materials management across sites.
• Analyze, optimize, and improve inventory strategies and procurement processes.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Logistics to drive alignment.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement innovative solutions for materials management.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain KPIs for planning, targets, and reporting.
• Govern and maintain master data integrity per Global Data Management standards; drive SIOP enhancements.
• Partner with Production, Quality, Logistics, Finance, and Commercial teams to align material strategies with demand.
