Exelon is hiring a Senior Supply Chain/Materials Availability leader to oversee inventory optimization, supplier management, and procurement across T&S and Distribution. The role focuses on strategic initiatives, budget management, and cross‑unit coordination.

The position is hybrid, based in Oak Brook Terrace, IL, with in-office requirements three days a week and remote flexibility. Candidates should bring 7–10 years of related experience and strong analysis skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, science or related field with 7–10 years of experience or equivalent combo of education and experience.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft software inventory, PassPort, and eSourcing tool.
• Strong communicator, written and oral, with strengths in organization and planning.
• Working knowledge of the Inventory, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable modules of PassPort.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee inventory optimization and ensure optimal levels for emergency and replacement parts.
• Oversee supplier onboarding, performance monitoring, and procurement activities.
• Coordinate with Energy Delivery and other units on supply chain processes and planning.
• Manage budget and oversee departmental performance and reliability goals.
• Travel up to 25% to Exelon sites as needed.
