Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Senior Materials Availability leader in Illinois to oversee the T&S Parts Team, forecast demand, procurement, and warehousing operations. The role emphasizes strategic inventory control, supplier management, and cross-unit collaboration to support reliability and customer service.

The position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence at least three days per week at Oak Brook Terrace, IL. A bachelor’s degree plus 7–10 years of experience is expected, with a 20% annual bonus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, science or related field; 7–10 years of experience or equivalent combination.
• Strong computer skills including Passport, eSourcing tool, and MS Office.
• Excellent written and oral communication; good organization and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and implementation of short- and long-term strategic initiatives for inventory and parts management.
• Govern supplier onboarding, evaluations and performance improvement plans.
• Coordinate with Energy Delivery and other units on Supply Chain processes and material availability.
