Nexstar Network is seeking a Master Trainer to deliver engaging, results-focused workshops for our member companies across the U.S. This role offers growth, remote work flexibility, and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will cultivate trusted relationships with Nexstar members, tailor content to needs, and lead multi-day trainings with a focus on practical outcomes. Travel about 60% is required, with base salary plus bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Facilitation or teaching experience.
• Experience in the home service industry.
• Experience facilitating trainings to groups of 20+ participants.
• Experience with multi-day training facilitation.
• Sales training experience.
• Strong ability to inspire and lead others to achieve their personal and professional goals.
• Strong relationship building skills.
• Ability to self-motivate and accomplish goals unsupervised.
• Ability to create new content for courses.
• Comfortable in front of a camera to record online content.
• Confidence in promoting programs, services, or events.

Responsibilities

• Master Nexstar’s participant-centered facilitation.
• Build, develop, and update curriculum.
• Create your own expertise within the training department.
• Build and develop relationships with Nexstar member companies.
• Promote and coordinate training event opportunities.
