Job summary

BAMSI’s Whitman Counseling Center in Whitman, MA, invites a Master’s Clinician – Fee for Service to provide outpatient behavioral health services and lead client-centered interventions. The role includes hybrid scheduling with in-person and telehealth options, under supervision and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications require a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a clinical field and eligibility for independent licensure within two years.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Must be eligible for independent licensure within two years.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient behavioral health services to individuals seeking support for mental health challenges.
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and clinical evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs and goals.
• Provide individual therapy services in-person and via telehealth.
• Maintain a minimum of eight client contact hours per week.
• Deliver evidence-based, client-centered interventions.
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers, clinicians, and community partners to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning and case consultation.
• Coordinate referrals and additional services when clinically appropriate.
• Documentation & compliance: maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation.
