Responsibilities

• Primary contact for vendors and internal ADUSA teams during setup and maintenance.
• Facilitate communication and training between teams and vendors.
• Monitor compliance with vendor/item setup policies.
• Assist in vendor audits and risk assessments.
• Gather and analyze vendor master data and prepare reports.
• Track KPIs for vendor/setup effectiveness and master data.
• Support data insights and action plans for leadership.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and workflows.
• Identify efficiency and cost-improvement opportunities.
• Participate in vendor-related meetings.
