Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business administration, accounting, or related field.
• 1–2 years of vendor management, internal controls, or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Knowledge of principles and standards and industry practices.
• Travel willingness, typically 10%.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a primary point of contact for vendors and internal ADUSA business teams during vendor and item set‑up and maintenance.
• Facilitates communication and training between internal teams and vendors for smooth collaboration.
• Monitors vendor and internal stakeholder compliance with established policies.
• Assists in vendor audits and risk assessments to identify improvements.
• Gathers and analyzes vendor master data and prepares reports for management and relevant teams.
• Tracks KPIs to evaluate effectiveness of vendor and item set‑up and maintenance initiatives.
• Supports data insights analysis to identify improvements and action plans for leadership.
• Contributes to ongoing improvement of vendor and item set‑up processes and workflows.
• Identifies opportunities to enhance efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.
