You will translate business objectives into campaigns, collaborate with content, design, and digital marketing teams, and support sales enablement with effective messaging.

The role requires at least 3 years in marketing or campaign management, industry knowledge of life insurance products, and the ability to work within regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or sales enablement.
• Understanding of life insurance, annuities and distribution channels.
• Experience supporting or developing integrated campaigns in a regulated or B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Executes integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns in support of established marketing strategies and business objectives.
• Develops campaign briefs, messaging recommendations and supporting materials.
• Coordinates campaign deliverables cross-functionally.
• Partners with digital marketing teams to support website, landing-page and SEO initiatives.
• Monitors campaign KPIs and recommends opportunities for optimization.
• Supports the development of compelling sales concepts and enablement materials.
