Job summary

First Financial Federal Credit Union in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Marketing Specialist I–III to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, analyze performance, and support member acquisition in alignment with the credit union’s strategic plan.

The role covers copywriting, content creation, social media management, event coordination, and collaboration with the Business Development team. A hybrid work arrangement after a probationary period is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; preferred 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with social media content development and marketing automation platforms is highly desirable
• Excellent copywriting, editing and communication skills across channels
• Experience with data warehouse systems and campaign analytics
• Knowledge of ADA online accessibility standards and compliance

Responsibilities

• Write and manage copy for press releases, digital, web and in-branch communications
• Plan and execute monthly, quarterly and annual marketing campaigns across channels
• Research target audiences using data warehouse insights and collaborate with agencies
• Execute direct mail, digital and print campaigns via marketing automation platforms
• Coordinate events and manage all logistics, including technology needs
• Collaborate with Business Development to support onboarding and member engagement
• Ensure marketing materials align with branding and compliance requirements
