Job summary

Sigma Foods in Phoenix is seeking a Marketing Associate to support marketing programs for brands and product categories. You will assist with new product feasibility, data aggregation for item setup, and cross-functional coordination with Innovation, R&D, Operations, Finance and Supply Chain.

You will work with Marketing Managers to ensure brand consistency across materials and collaborate on social media, digital channels, and influencer partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field required.
• Two years of marketing experience or one Sigma internship.
• Experience with social media, digital marketing, or SEO is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support development of marketing programs for assigned brands and categories.
• Assist in new product feasibility, costing analyses, and item setup data.
• Coordinate with Innovation, R&D, Operations, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Partner with Marketing Managers to ensure brand consistency across materials.
• Help coordinate social media and digital channels and liaise with agencies and influencers.
• Support creation of marketing materials, packaging design, and sales collateral.
• Analyze market trends and prepare insights for stakeholders.
• Coordinate qualitative and quantitative research with stakeholders.
• Contribute to growth strategies and annual business planning.
