Job summary

Sigma is seeking a Studio Marketing Analyst to support the Studio Marketing Manager in Scottsdale, AZ with hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office). You will analyze brand performance, assist product launches, and coordinate cross-functional activities across Marketing, Consumer Insights, R&D, Operations, and Sales to drive growth.

The role requires at least a Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field and two years of marketing experience, with strong data analysis, MS Office skills, and

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing/Business.
• Two years of marketing experience required.
• Strong data analysis and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Sigma US brand performance, market share, and competitor activity.
• Develop, implement and track marketing initiatives and product launches.
• Compile data from Nielsen/IRI and internal sources for strategy.
• Prepare reports and dashboards; draft presentations for teams and partners.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and manage timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor marketing budgets and investments to ensure resource adherence.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
