Job summary

Sigma is seeking a Marketing Associate to support program development for assigned brands and product categories in a hybrid setting. You will help with new product feasibility, lifecycle management, brand asset development, and performance reporting.

Key duties include collaborating with Innovation, R&D, Operations, Finance, and Sales, aligning messaging across materials, and coordinating social media efforts to grow brand presence. Travel up to 15% included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field.
• Two years of marketing experience, or one year Sigma internship experience.

Responsibilities

• Support development of marketing programs for assigned brands and product categories.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Innovation, R&D, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Partner with Marketing Managers to ensure brand consistency across materials and channels.
• Assist social media and digital channels to engage target consumers and promote growth.
• Support development of marketing materials, packaging design, and sales collateral.
