LHH in Dallas is seeking a Social Content Creator to develop engaging, platform-first content for consumer brands. You will craft short-form video and social content that captures attention and showcases products across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and more.

The role covers end-to-end content from concept through shooting and editing, with strong emphasis on AI-assisted workflows and a portfolio demonstrating retail or consumer goods work. It is a hybrid role with four days in Dallas.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of social content creation experience in retail or consumer brands.
• Strong portfolio of short-form video and social-first content.
• Proficiency in shooting and editing with CapCut, Premier, After Effects.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools for content creation.

Responsabilités

• Create short-form video and social content for multiple platforms.
• Shoot and edit content across studio, retail, and on-location environments.
• Use AI tools to concept, edit, extend, and version content.
• Turn products and promotions into engaging, repeatable formats.
• Collaborate with teams to meet briefs and deadlines.
• Repurpose content for paid social, digital, web, and email.
• Test new ideas and apply performance learnings.
