Job summary

Farm Credit East is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join a cross-functional team focused on customer success, community impact, and team growth. The role develops and publishes customer-facing information, maintains social media and websites, and supports Public Affairs and Knowledge Exchange activities.

Responsibilities include content creation for social networks, email campaigns, and blog content, plus coordinating marketing materials for events and internal/external meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, business administration, or related field or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Creates content for Farm Credit East social media networks
• Assists in creation of email campaigns to reach targeted customers and prospects
• Assists in maintenance of association brand websites, including coordination of web inquiries
• Assists in development of Today's Harvest blog content
• Develops consistent PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings
• Assists with development and ordering of marketing content including brochures, folders, ads and tradeshow displays
• Coordinates ad materials in digital and print media for local marketplace and sponsorship requests
• Organizes marketing materials on intranet site for staff access
• Backups for Marketing Communications team members
• Maintains updated list of media contacts and monitors media coverage
• Develops quarterly reports on social media and Knowledge Exchange/Marketing Communications activity to the Board
