Job summary

WDW Financial, Inc. is seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to manage digital marketing and client communications. The role focuses on email marketing, content development, and marketing systems, with hybrid in Richardson, Texas.

You will collaborate with advisors and leadership to turn ideas into clear client communications and campaigns, using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Growth Edition and Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of full-time digital marketing experience.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Experience managing email marketing campaigns.
• Experience working with Salesforce CRM.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred).
• Experience with marketing data and segmentation.
• Knowledge of SQL is a strong advantage but not required.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Experience in wealth management or financial services is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Digital marketing: Manage the firm’s digital marketing channels.
• Email communications: Plan and send client emails, newsletters, and announcements.
• Content development: Write and edit marketing content and client communications.
• Marketing systems and data: Manage campaigns and lists within Salesforce CRM; maintain data and basic reporting.
