Job summary

Apex Service Partners, LLC is seeking an email specialist to join our CRM team in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. You will execute email and SMS campaigns, program emails from templates, perform QA, and manage deployment calendars.

You will work with Blueshift and other tools to build customer journeys, analyze performance, and ensure brand voice across campaigns. The role requires 2–4+ years in CRM/email, an undergrad in digital marketing, and strong project management.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in digital marketing or related field.
• 2-4+ years experience in CRM/email environments.
• Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools.
• Understanding of dynamic templating language is beneficial.
• SMS best practices.

Responsibilities

• Produce and execute email and SMS campaigns, including programming emails from templates, asset coordination, QA, and scheduling.
• Support programs via manual and triggered campaigns across the customer lifecycle (prospecting, win-back, nurturing, post-purchase, loyalty, retention, surveys, transactional emails).
• Create segmentation for email campaigns through CDP based on analytics into the customer journey.
• Manage email deployment calendar and ensure alignment with priorities and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with CRM Manager to reflect brand voice and achieve objectives.
• Perform render testing across devices and clients to ensure accurate emails.
