Job summary

Holland & Hart LLP is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support the Intellectual Property & Patent Systems Group and regional teams under the direction of the Business Development Manager.

The role includes marketing collateral preparation, research, RFP content development, CRM tracking, and event coordination. A hybrid schedule with in-office days is typical, and a discretionary bonus may be available based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business administration/management preferred.
• Two years of marketing and/or business development experience required; law/firms preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Self-starter who can prioritize under tight deadlines; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing marketing/sales collateral for meetings, pitches, and proposals; maintain collateral library.
• Coordinate sponsorships and advertising; track ROI and expenses.
• Draft content to showcase firm capabilities in RFP responses; track CRM campaigns.
• Maintain attorney biographies; collaborate with leadership on communications.
• Conduct market research and develop competitive intelligence for clients; support RFP responses and pitches.
• Coordinate events, webinars, conferences, and client entertainment; manage timelines, venues, and RSVP tracking.
