Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business (or related discipline) and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues from multiple sources and recommend solutions.
• Advanced project management skills including scheduling, estimating, and budgeting.
• Written and verbal communication skills to present results to executive leaders.
• Ability to work in a team or matrix structure with multiple clients and policies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and related business applications (3+ years of experience).

Responsibilities

• Performs data analysis and develops insights to support strategic plans.
• Gathers information, designs solutions, and makes recommendations within responsibilities.
• Manages operations and resources, monitors metrics, and develops improvement strategies.
• Creates and maintains project plans, campaigns, and budgets for on-time, in-budget delivery.
• Develops business/marketing plans including objectives, strategies, and financial projections.
• Interfaces with relevant business units to ensure timely execution of projects.
• Delivers presentations to internal and external stakeholders and supports training as needed.
