DTE Electric Company seeks an intermediate level Engineer - Staff to independently evaluate, select and apply standard engineering techniques and criteria, using judgement to adapt designs. You will support operation and maintenance of company assets and collaborate with field staff and engineers.

This hybrid role in Detroit requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least 2 years of related experience; preferred skills include data analytics, RTAC/PLC platforms, and knowledge of

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred Electrical or Computer Engineering degree.
• EIT/FE license or eligibility.
• Experience with data analytics or historian tools.
• Experience with RTAC/PLC platforms and industrial protocols.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word).

Responsabilidades

• Performs engineering assignments and proposes solutions to engineering problems.
• Collaborates with experienced engineers to implement timely solutions within time and budget.
• Provides follow-up engineering assistance on defined problems.
• Develops models and analyzes data to recommend process improvements.
• Delivers presentations to management or external parties.
• Provides field engineering assistance or technical support.
