Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
4–6+ years in manufacturing test automation or related software/test infrastructure.
Proficiency in Python and/or Perl in Linux environments.
Experience designing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, deliver, and maintain manufacturing test automation frameworks, tools, and scripts supporting production and test infrastructure.
Develop robust automation solutions using object-oriented Python and Perl.
Architect test automation solutions with a focus on simplicity, reliability, maintainability, scalability, extensibility, and reuse.
Define test requirements, develop comprehensive test coverage, and identify opportunities to improve test effectiveness and efficiency.
Develop, deploy, and maintain production test scripts and related software tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex software, test, system, and manufacturing production issues.
Conduct code reviews and promote software development and test automation best practices.
Develop and support tools for test data collection, analysis, monitoring, and reporting.
