Daimler Truck North America is seeking a Manufacturing Data & AI Developer to join the CODA analytics team in Portland, OR. You will build software apps, dashboards, and data-driven solutions to improve manufacturing performance and support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Attached resume required.
• Experience in software development through coursework, internships, or professional work.
• Experience with Python, C#, JavaScript or similar.
• Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Understanding of software development concepts, testing and debugging.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software applications, dashboards, APIs, and automation tools for manufacturing operations.
• Assist with AI-enabled solutions such as Generative AI applications and copilots.
• Create and maintain SQL queries, reports, and data integrations across systems.
• Support data pipelines and data processing workflows.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and troubleshooting of applications.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Develop reports and visualizations using Power BI and other analytics platforms.
• Support cloud-based applications and services under senior guidance.
• Follow software development best practices and version control.
• Document solutions and technical implementations.
