Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with US GAAP.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Management experience and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Oversee outsourced accounting provider and ensure SLAs are met.
• Lead and develop the finance team and priorities.
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and counts.
• Oversee cash management, forecasting, and working capital.
• Maintain internal controls and SOX compliance; coordinate audits.
