Job summary

You will define scope and objectives through research and fact-finding, aligning business needs with automation and analytics.

Work is off-site from the Houston office, with 50% remote and 50% in-office. Domestic travel 10-15% may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in related industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document current state business processes and pain points through interviews and observation.
• Lead executive level workstreams and project delivery.
• Present findings to client teams and create user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Define scope and objectives through research and fact-finding.
• Assess automation opportunities using RPA/AI/Analytics tools.
