Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• At least 4 years of experience in management accounting or similar role.
• Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel for modeling.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting knowledge.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze management reports including variance analysis and KPIs.
• Assist in annual budgeting and periodic forecasts for departments.
• Monitor performance against budgets and provide insights on variances.
• Conduct cost analyses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support implementation and maintenance of financial systems and controls.
• Collaborate with external auditors during audits.
