Responsibilities

• Achieve annual BCM fundraising goals.
• Manage donor engagement, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship metrics.
• Solicit $2M per year with a minimum of $1M per year.
• Organize workload with high accuracy and communicate status to staff.
• Collaborate with Development leaders to support programs.
• Attend donor events and support prospect engagement strategies.
• Document donor activities in the donor database.
• Performs other duties as required.
