Job summary

Centor/Gerresheimer in PPP NA, Ohio is seeking a Hybrid Maintenance Worker to troubleshoot and repair primary and auxiliary production equipment, read electrical blueprints, and perform preventive maintenance on plant systems. The role focuses on Building 7 equipment with occasional travel to learn PPP-specific gear.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of industrial electrical experience or a related certificate, knowledge of the National Electric Code, and the ability to work with minimal

Qualifications

• Must pass Maintenance Selection Index.
• 1–2 years industrial electrical experience OR 1 year education in Industrial Electricity.
• Knowledge of the National Electric Code.
• Not to work on live 480v systems.
• Able to read prints and troubleshoot plant equipment.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 56 pounds independently or 80 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and plant systems.
• Perform PMs and read electrical blueprints to guide maintenance.
• Coordinate with teams and train others on instructions.
• Contribute to 5S and safety practices in the plant.
