You will perform routine upkeep, replace components, and assist teammates, with a Tuesday-Saturday schedule and Saturday maintenance start times. The position offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and a clear path for career growth.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine equipment maintenance.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable and dependable attendance.
• Experience maintaining or repairing industrial equipment.
• Experience changing bearings, belts, motors, blades, or hammers.
• Mechanical maintenance or production equipment training.

Responsibilities

• Follow OSHA and safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Support first and second shift granulator operators in the granulator and tilt shredder departments.
• Perform routine maintenance on granulator equipment and belts, bearings, motors, blades as needed.
• Grease components and conduct preventive maintenance tasks.
• Conduct Saturday maintenance on granulator equipment.
• Inspect equipment and report defects to management.
• Assist production and maintenance teammates as needed.
