Job summary

Responsibilities

• Receive and direct dispatch of work orders for maintenance, landlord, IT and operations; ensure procedures and contracts are followed.
• Monitor repairs for power systems and refrigerant-related tasks; verify billing aligns with quotes.
• Serve as liaison between client, maintenance staff, and service providers; process requests promptly.
• Flag accounts and expenses in maintenance software; communicate activity sequence and resolutions.
