Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in mainframe CICS, Batch, JCL, COBOL, Assembler, MQ, EasyTrieve, IMS, and Db2.
• Minimum 5 years programming experience in: REXX.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in production support, incident management, and deployment processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Provide mainframe application support for ADMIN and CARMS using CICS, Batch, JCL, COBOL, Assembler, MQ, EasyTrieve, IMS, and Db2.
• L2/L3 break-fix activities and production issue resolution.
• Perform application enhancements based on business requirements and change requests.
• Fulfill service requests related to application functionality, data, reports, and operations.
• Execute problem management with root cause analysis and permanent resolution.
• Assist with BRDs, third-party coordination, and disaster recovery planning.
• Daily system integrity verification, cash feed reconciliation, and interface checks.
• Deploy production code with segregation of duties and controls.
• Manage report distribution and support ad-hoc reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and vendors.
• Travel may be required (0–100% depending on client needs).
