Job summary

Collaborate with clinicians, educate clients and caregivers on self-management, and ensure accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Clinical expertise in evaluation and treatment of lymphedema.
• Knowledge of therapeutic exercise design and functional mobility.
• Experience coordinating care across cardiovascular, orthopedic, wound care, and lymphedema populations.
• Understanding of psychology principles relevant to patient motivation and adherence.
• IL licensure as PT or OT; CLT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients with lymphedema and related conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on interventions such as manual lymph drainage, compression therapy, and exercise-based rehabilitation.
