Janus Henderson Investors in Denver, CO, is seeking a detail-oriented administrator for equity-based programs and the 401(k) plan. You’ll handle grants, ESPP, and deferred compensation, while resolving employee questions within policy guidelines.

Responsibilities include reporting to payroll/auditors, managing grants and vesting data, and ensuring plan compliance. Strong HRIS experience and 5+ years in stock plan administration are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in retirement and LTI plans.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Intermediate knowledge of HRIS systems (Access, SAP).
• More than 5 years in stock plan administration, accounting, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Administer equity-based programs including LTI, ESPP, 401(k) and Deferred Compensation.
• Prepare reports and coordinate with payroll, accounting, auditors, and vendors.
• Maintain ESPP enrollment, grant uploads, and payroll records.
• Reconcile data for accuracy and assist with year-end reporting.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, Legal, Tax and Compliance.
